Which design and colour options define Straits Garden?

Straits Garden combines new bone china with high-temperature Peranakan-inspired floral, bird, butterfly and courtyard decals. The reference collection has four coordinated colourways: mint green, warm ginger yellow, soft blush pink and peacock blue.

Which Straits Garden products can I order, and are they made to order?

Dinner plates, salad and dessert plates, deep plates, fish platters, bowls, teapots, sugar pots, creamers, cups and saucers, small tea cups, mugs, covered mugs, cake stands, cake servers, canisters, dessert stands, storage bowls and serving pieces are available. All products are made to order. The listed items and coordinated pieces can be ordered without a separate product development stage.

What can be customized for a Straits Garden private-label order?

Floral, bird and courtyard artwork, colours, borders, motif placement, product assortments, logos, backstamps and packaging can be customized. A simpler composition with more white space can also be discussed.

What is the minimum order quantity, and can I mix colours or styles?

The minimum order quantity is 1,200 pieces per individual item. Mixed colours are available. When ordering different items or styles, each item or style must meet its own 1,200-piece minimum.

Can I get samples, and how does sample approval work?

Existing-product samples, custom artwork samples and new-mould samples are available. Samples are charged according to the specific sample, and the sample fee can be credited against the bulk order payment. Sample preparation normally takes 15 days. The process is to confirm the design artwork and visual mockup, pay the sample fee, and then receive the physical sample for review and approval.

What is the normal production lead time?

Standard production normally takes 30–45 days after both the deposit has been received and the sample has been approved. Custom packaging, new moulds and peak holiday periods can require additional time. The production schedule is confirmed for the specific order.

What packaging can I choose, and is there a separate packaging MOQ?

Standard packing is the default, and the packing plan is confirmed with the customer. We aim to keep transit breakage below 1%. Custom gift boxes, colour boxes, inner trays and e-commerce transport packaging are available, and we can recommend existing packaging formats and specifications. Custom packaging has no separate minimum order quantity; the product MOQ still applies. Packaging fees depend on the selected packaging style.

How do I request a quotation?

Pricing is calculated according to the product shapes you select. Please provide your chosen items, quantities by item, colours, artwork or logo requirements, packaging preferences, delivery destination and target delivery date so that we can prepare a quotation for your assortment.
