Website use and B2B inquiries

1. Purpose of this website

Donglin Homeware uses this website to display products, share sourcing information and receive business inquiries from companies, importers, distributors, retailers, brands and hospitality buyers.

This website is for product display and B2B inquiries only. It does not sell products online, accept online orders or payments, or arrange dispatch or delivery through an online checkout. Any business order is discussed and managed separately with our team.

2. Product information and project requirements

Product images, descriptions and references help you explore collections and prepare an inquiry. Colours may appear differently on different screens. Before confirming a business order, review the relevant material, dimensions, capacity, decoration, packaging, intended use and other specifications with our team.

Examples of certificates or test reports shown on the website do not replace the documents required for a particular product or order. Testing requirements and applicable documentation must be agreed for the selected products and destination market.

3. Inquiries, quotations and business orders

Submitting a contact form, chat message, email or request for a quotation does not, by itself, place or confirm an order, reserve stock, or authorise a payment.

Prices, minimum order quantities, availability, samples, payment arrangements, production schedules, transport and delivery conditions are reviewed for each project and confirmed in the applicable quotation, contract or other written agreement. General website information does not replace those project-specific documents.

Our business discussions may concern supply for commercial resale, distribution, private-label development or export.

4. OEM/ODM, private label and sample approval

For a custom project, provide the designs, logos, colour references, quantities and packaging requirements that you would like us to review. The feasibility of materials, shapes, decoration and packaging, together with sample and production arrangements, is assessed and confirmed for the individual project.

Only submit designs, images, trademarks or other materials that you are authorised to share for the project. The permitted use of these materials, approval of samples and any project-specific intellectual property arrangements should be confirmed in writing.

5. Order changes and after-sales matters

Questions about changes, cancellations, defects, damage, returns, replacements or refunds for a separately agreed B2B order are reviewed under the quotation, contract or other written agreement applicable to that order, subject to applicable law.

6. Use of website content

You may browse the website and use its information to evaluate products and discuss a legitimate business inquiry. Text, images, designs, logos and other content may be protected by intellectual property rights held by Donglin Homeware or their respective owners. Obtain the relevant permission before reproducing, publishing or using protected content beyond that evaluation.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or submit unlawful or misleading information.

7. Personal information

Our Privacy policy describes the processing of personal information associated with website visits, inquiries, chat and related business communications. Provide only the information needed for your inquiry. Do not submit passwords or full payment-card details through inquiry forms or chat.

8. Shopify and third-party services

Shopify provides the technology used to host this website. Donglin Homeware manages its own inquiries and any separately agreed business orders. Shopify is not the seller of Donglin Homeware products or a party to those commercial arrangements.

The website may include third-party links or functions. Review the relevant provider’s terms and privacy information when using those services. Their inclusion does not, by itself, create an online sales or delivery service on this website.

9. Updates and existing agreements

Website information and these terms may be updated. Ask our team for written confirmation of the current specifications and commercial conditions for your project. A website update does not, by itself, amend a separate written agreement already applicable to an order.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
