Crafted from lightweight, high-white new bone china, the collection uses high-temperature decal decoration to reproduce detailed flowers, leaves and botanical motifs with refined clarity and natural colour.

What makes BloomRealm different from other floral dinnerware?

BloomRealm is a new bone china range with high-temperature floral decals, individual botanical portraits, butterflies and continuous green vine borders. Its coordinated garden theme can be carried across dining, tea and serving pieces.

Which BloomRealm products can I order, and are they made to order?

Dinner plates, salad and dessert plates, soup plates, bowls, fish plates, serving platters, mugs, cups and saucers, teapots, creamers, sugar pots, gravy boats, covered serving pieces, cake plates, canisters and coordinated accessories are available. All products are made to order. The listed items and coordinated pieces can be ordered without a separate product development stage.

What can be customized for a BloomRealm private-label order?

Flower species, artwork, colours, vine borders, rim details, motif placement, product assortments, logos, backstamps and gift packaging can be customized.

What is the minimum order quantity, and can I mix colours or styles?

The minimum order quantity is 1,200 pieces per individual item. Mixed colours are available. When ordering different items or styles, each item or style must meet its own 1,200-piece minimum.

Can I get samples, and how does sample approval work?

Existing-product samples, custom artwork samples and new-mould samples are available. Samples are charged according to the specific sample, and the sample fee can be credited against the bulk order payment. Sample preparation normally takes 15 days. The process is to confirm the design artwork and visual mockup, pay the sample fee, and then receive the physical sample for review and approval.

What is the normal production lead time?

Standard production normally takes 30–45 days after both the deposit has been received and the sample has been approved. Custom packaging, new moulds and peak holiday periods can require additional time. The production schedule is confirmed for the specific order.

What packaging can I choose, and is there a separate packaging MOQ?

Standard packing is the default, and the packing plan is confirmed with the customer. We aim to keep transit breakage below 1%. Custom gift boxes, colour boxes, inner trays and e-commerce transport packaging are available, and we can recommend existing packaging formats and specifications. Custom packaging has no separate minimum order quantity; the product MOQ still applies. Packaging fees depend on the selected packaging style.

How do I request a quotation?

Pricing is calculated according to the product shapes you select. Please provide your chosen items, quantities by item, colours, artwork or logo requirements, packaging preferences, delivery destination and target delivery date so that we can prepare a quotation for your assortment.
