- Material and format: specify New Bone China, Porcelain, Stoneware or another required ceramic body. Confirm suitability for the chosen shape and intended use.
- Dimensions and profile: give the diameter, or length and width for an oval plate, plus depth, rim profile and foot-ring requirements. Include a drawing or reference where available.
- Decoration and branding: share artwork, colour references, logo or backstamp placement and the finish you want to discuss.
- Assortment and quantities: list each plate size, design and quantity separately. Add matching bowls, mugs or serving pieces if required.
- Packaging and delivery: state retail, gift or mail-order use, packing quantities, labels, destination market and requested delivery date.
