Bring vibrant Straits-inspired floral character to the table with Donglin Homeware’s Straits Bloom Garden Collection.

Made from New Bone China, the collection combines layered Peranakan-inspired florals, continuous green leaf borders, petite scattered blossoms and vivid tropical colors across a coordinated dinnerware, tea ware and giftware range.

FAQ — Straits Bloom Garden Collection

Q1: What is the Straits Bloom Garden Collection?

The Straits Bloom Garden Collection is a coordinated New Bone China floral tableware, tea ware and giftware collection featuring layered Peranakan-inspired florals, continuous green leaf borders, petite scattered blossoms and vivid tropical colors.

Its design combines Southeast Asian heritage-inspired decoration with European-style tea ware forms, creating a colorful East-meets-West tabletop aesthetic.

Q2: What material is used for the Straits Bloom Garden Collection?

The collection is made from New Bone China, selected for its relatively lightweight feel, high whiteness, smooth glazed surface and good thermal stability.

Its bright white ceramic body provides a clean foundation for reproducing layered floral petals, green decorative borders, small blossoms and vivid pink, orange and green colors.

Q3: What decoration process is used?

Straits Bloom Garden uses high-temperature decal decoration to reproduce the detailed floral, botanical and border artwork across different ceramic forms.

Custom decal layouts can also be developed for OEM, ODM and private-label tableware projects.

Q4: What are the main design elements of Straits Bloom Garden?

The collection combines:

· Layered Peranakan-Inspired Florals

· Large Decorative Blooms

· Continuous Green Leaf Borders

· Petite Scattered Flowers

· Fresh Green Accents

· Rose Pink

· Warm Terracotta Orange

· Creamy White

· Bright White New Bone China

Together, these elements create a distinctive:

Peranakan-Inspired Florals × Green Leaf Borders × Tropical Color × Afternoon Tea Elegance

design language.

Q5: Is Straits Bloom Garden authentic historical Peranakan tableware?

The collection is best described as Peranakan-inspired or Nyonya-inspired, rather than as a reproduction of one specific historical pattern.

Its floral abundance, tropical color and decorative borders draw inspiration from Southeast Asian Straits and Peranakan visual culture while being developed for contemporary tableware and international lifestyle markets.
