Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1. What is "New Bone China," and how does it compare to traditional porcelain?

New bone china is a high-grade porcelain formulation created without animal bone ash. It replicates the translucent glow, warm ivory-white body, and lightweight feel of traditional bone china while offering enhanced impact resistance and structural durability.

Q2. Is this dinnerware microwave and dishwasher safe?

Because each piece is finished with a genuine metallic gold rim, these dishes cannot be used in the microwave. While they are safe for gentle dishwasher cycles with mild, liquid detergents, hand washing is recommended to keep the gold luster vibrant for years to come.

Q3. Can I purchase replacement pieces or expand my set later?

Yes. We keep open-stock inventory on core plates, bowls, teacups, and serving accessories so you can replace a lost piece or add matching serveware as your dining needs grow.

Q4. How is the dinnerware packaged to prevent breakage during transit?

Every order is packed in custom-engineered, drop-tested protective packaging lined with high-density molded inserts to ensure all items withstand parcel delivery. In the rare event an item arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship an immediate replacement free of charge.

Q5. Does this collection make a good gift?

The Aqua Blossom Flight Collection is packaged in an elegant presentation gift box, making it an ideal choice for weddings, housewarmings, anniversaries, Mother's Day, and holiday celebrations.
